The following is a description of the services we perform for our candidates:

 

Initial Interview with TG Staffing

We begin with a phone conversation to determine if there is a match, determined not only by us but by candidates as well.

 

In-Person interview with TG Staffing

It is important for us to meet and get to know qualified candidates in person.  When we meet face-to-face, we discuss how we work, our philosophy on building relationships and provide more specific information about open positions.

 

Client Interview Process

We facilitate the interview process between the client and candidate and handle the follow-up on both ends to determine next steps in the process. 

 

Testing/Reference Checks/Background Checks

TG Staffing candidates will perform an online assessment to verify job classification. Confidential reference checks are performed and a summary is presented to the client.  Background checks may be performed.

 

Offer

TG Staffing partners with clients to develop and present offers to candidates.  We also facilitate start dates and other logistics between the client and candidate.

 

Payroll Process (For Contract and Contract-to-Hire Candidates Only):  

Associates will be responsible for tracking the hours worked by completing an weekly electronic timesheet.

We believe in ongoing relationships with both our clients and candidates and continue communication over the course of time.
